Join us as we stand in solidarity with the water protectors of Standing Rock and speak out against the inhuman treatment of peaceful Indigenous protestors. To win the fight against climate change we must stand united, indigenous and settler, to fight against ongoing colonial opression and violence. For those who can’t go to Standing Rock the best thing we can do in solidarity is build the fight against Kinder Morgan here. If we win, they win. If they win, we win.
What is an IntersAction?
It’s an action where we flood an intersection on all sides with people crossing (on the light) with signs and banners without stopping the flow of traffic. This way we can be seen by the most people.
Stop Kinder Morgan November 19th
We will be handing out leaflets to pedestrians and drivers for the November 19th Stop Kinder Morgan Rally and March. There will be drumming and songs, speeches from the megaphone and a ton of leaflets to give out and petitions to sign.
